Maple School Delivers Sweet Candy Grams to The Philly Baer Foundation

Since 2019, the Maple School Student Council, under the dedicated leadership of Lynn Reimer along with co-sponsors Ms. Zhang, Mrs. Allen, and Ms. Light, has organized a series of incredibly successful fundraisers to benefit The Philly Baer Foundation, including the beloved Candy Gram Valentine's Day campaign and numerous bake sales. These events are a testament to the students’ compassion and commitment to making a meaningful difference. Through their hard work and dedication, the Student Council has shown the true power of empathy and kindness, giving their time, effort, and baked goods to support a cause in which they deeply believe. The Philly Baer Foundation's mission, which seeks to help children in need, aligns perfectly with Maple School’s own values of inclusivity, resilience, and community care. Maple exists to nurture every child, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Over the years, the Student Council has raised an impressive $7,415, demonstrating the incredible impact of collective action fueled by a heart for others. Special thanks must go to Mrs. Reimer, whose unwavering love, commitment, and famous batches of delicious brownies have played an integral role in this success. Her leadership has inspired students to not only care for their peers but to reach out and help strangers, making a profound difference in the world.
